Business Governance Guidebook: Yunesit’in Government

This guidebook has been developed to act as a “user’s manual” that explains the legal documents through which the governance restructuring is endorsed. This guidebook will document business governance for enterprises of the Yunesit’in Government so that all stakeholders have one shared understanding and can better coordinate their actions.

This guidebook is designed for anyone who wants to understand Yunesit’in business governance – from Yunesit’in members through to Chief and Council, the Board of Directors, and operating staff. More specifically, this guidebook is intended to be an ongoing reference and training tool for anyone who plays a role in the governance of the Yunesit’in businesses.
