Assumption - that we are starting at post-funding when we say “Getting Started”. - The Nation has already established the overall goal – completing a CCP – and has already allocated staff time (including a CCP CHAMPION), established timeline, a budget, a CCP Committee and so forth. The focus of this presentation is to speak to the post-funding process – the actual ‘hit the ground running’.
